Enabling Queues
After adding a queue to CxEngage, you can enable it if you need to use that queue immediately. Otherwise, you can enable the queue later — for example, when you start a new campaign.
Enable a Queue
To enable a queue using the configuration console:
- Go to Flows > Queues.
- Click the name of the queue you want to enable.
The queue details panel appears. - In the panel, click on the status indicator beside the name of the queue to enable it.
- The indicator will be gray when disabled and change to green to indicate active.
- Click OK on the confirmation message.
- Click Submit.
